1|Diagnostic Tools
Before embarking on a project, or developing a training programme it is essential to gather information about the company and the people who work in it.
The diagnostic tools we use provide us with a detailed and clear picture of the industrial and cultural environment the client company operates in.
This material provides the basis upon which the change or training programmes are designed.
In addition to the 20 assessment inventories we already provide, we also design customised diagnostic inventories according to the needs of the client company.

We achieve our results because we work with our clients to decided how best to manage the change process, using an Organizational Development approach where the aim is to change the company culture (empowering the people to change the systems) and a Systems Intervention approach where the aim is to improve the systems (changing the systems to empower the people).
